As you will see, we are utiilsing the Employee Portal to bring you information about our business and our systems of operation.

We are also utilising the Employee Portal as an interactive platform for the Programs we have established that will support you while employed with MAXIM Maintenance Solutions.

Integrated Management System

We strive to deliver to our customers products and services that are produced in the most efficiency and effective way possible, while providing a safe working environment for our employees, and while protecting the Environment from any harm resulting from our work activities.


In order to achieve this goal, we rely on our Integrated management System, or IMS.

The purpose of our IMS is to provide a framework which combines all aspects of our business' systems, processes and internal standards into one smart system.

Our IMS is aligned with ISO Standards for Quality Management, Work Health and Safety Management, as well as Environmental Management.




Participation and Consultation

We rely on our employees to help us determine how we undertake our work activities to ensure we have identified, assessed and controlled all hazards and risks, and have delivered a cost-effective quality product to our customers.

We rely on our employees to help us meet our internal and external objectives, as well.


In order to achieve this, we have developed engagement initiatives which are housed on our Employee Portal. These include risk review requirements and Awareness Training presentations.


Health and Wellbeing

The wellbeing of our employees is important to us and we have taken this Human Resources initiative to develop an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist us in meeting this goal.


Our EAP is available for all employees and their immediate families and is strictly confidential.

Assurance Program

The purpose of our Assurance Program is to re-enforce the skills, knowledge and behaviours required of our employees.


Our Assurance Program was designed to showcase to our employees the tools we utilise in order to meet the expectations of our stakeholders.


Our Assurance Program aims to support our employees in utilising these tools as effectively and efficiently as possible by offering training in these tools.


Employees, Frontline Leaders (Supervisors, Engineers, Leading Hands) and Management all have a part to play with regards to implementing our tools across the business.



Awareness Training

Our Awareness Training Program is purpose built to raise awareness of its employees in all matters associated with our IMS.

We have aligned our Awareness Training Program with the Organisation's Training Needs Analysis. That means we have developed Awareness Training to help you understand the risks associated with the tasks you undertake, based on your job title.
